Tony Prito is the wiry and agile manager of Bayport's local Pizza Parlor, Mr. Pizza. He is also one of the Hardys' best friends. Always moving, he expertly juggles being a student at Bayport High and having a good-paying job. At one time he had a 'thing' going with a lady named Debbie that worked in Lady's Underwear at Lacey's Department Store in the mall. His dad works construction in the New York City area.
