The harbor is not as big as it was 50 years before the events of Casefile #37. The first three spots for boats had been turned into a massive parking lot and a high concrete wall been built along the southern edge of the parking lot to help hide the old blighted docks. This wall has been painted with a multicolored mural. Only four hulking docks currently remain. The remaining warehouses that have not been torn down appear very dilapidated and only half of them are being used. CF37, Page:89
