Description
Kevin Roberts had been an undercover FBI Agent, whose testimony had sent Thomas Catlin to jail. Catlin had swore revenge and eventually killed the FBI agent's wife by a bomb meant for Kevin. Kevin and his daughter, Jade, eventually went into the Witness Protection Program and relocated to Hawaii.

Catlin eventually found them after being released from prison and attempted to kill Jade.  However, Catlin was stopped and after the events of Casefile #40, Roberts and his daughter had their names changed and moved to an unknown location via the Witness Protection Program a second time.
