Description
Aleksandr Dancek was an operative for the KGB, with an undercover story of working at the Soviet embassy in London, England.  Aleksandr claims to have been assigned to be a chaperone for Petra and Pyotr Zigonev when they were in Oxford for a special international summer school, but in reality, he was trying to cause them problems in a bigger scheme to scuttle talks between the Soviet Union and the West.  He was eventually captured by BCI and his last known location was in the custody of either BCI or the KGB.
