Description
A developer and newspaper mogul that is having QuadCom built.  This large, overweight man appears to be in his sixties. He has thick black hair. His office and living quarters are located on a large yacht (Golden Bow) on the Hudson River.  One of the papers he owns is called the 'Examiner.'  He will occasionally smoke a cigar.
