Description
A friend of Fenton Hardy.  He runs a marine salvage business based in St. Augustine, Florida.  Alvin lost his family years ago because of his passion for treasure hunting.  He has a granddaughter. Alvin currently lives in a trailer amongst trees north of Vilano Beach.  He had been part of the Coast Guard during WW2.
