So has anyone played the Wii version of Nancy Drew: White Wolf Of Icicle Creek yet? I just ordered mine from ebgames.com since nobody in Canada seems to be carrying it, and the funny thing would be that the American sites of EB Games, Future Shop, and Best Buy where listing the game, but then you'd go on the Canadian site and there was no listing.
I haven't.But a friend of a mine got it for Christmas and said it was really good.

Is it like a direct port of the PC version of the game?
I'm not sure.He didn't say much about the game its self, just that it was fun to play. :-\
Although, from the few screenshots I've seen, I think it is pretty much the same.
I got it for Christmas, and it's exactly the same as the Computer game, except for that you play it with the Wii remotes, which is sort of hard.

How is it sort of hard with the Wii remote? I would think the Wii remote would act just like a computer mouse?
You know how you hold the wii remote, right? Like that, and the A button is the left click on the mouse. It's just kind of hard to control.
I got it a couple of days ago. I didn't find the controls that hard. Of course I haven't had much of a chance to play it.
It's just that sometimes, It's hard to aim the remote. I'd rather play it on the computer, but they're both pretty good.
I must say that it is nice how Sega upgraded the graphics on the game, especially in the Kitchen.

Upgraded it? How? We didn't finish it yet.
I haven't finished it yet, but in the Kitchen, instead of just the prep area of the counter, it actually looks like a ranch house kitchen, and you have to grab ingredients out of the fridge, cupboards, drawers, etc.
I just started to replay this game again today, and I must say Nancy says some wacko things when you send her into the washroom (and some of the stuff I found to be pretty surprising to appear in a Nancy Drew related item). Has anyone else noticed that either?
Yeah, I did too.
There're all quotes from other games, can't remember which ones though.
They did that in another game too, I think.
Have you ever heard her say "Call 555-MYSTICO"? Call that number after you hear it, it's interesting! :D
Lol! Yeah, I tried that once.
It kinda makes me wonder though, who thinks up those things up for the game? lol!
Did you ever get the egg from the pond?
Ummm, I think I might have.I can't remember for sure, it's been a while since I played that one.
Did you ask Mystico all the questions? ;D
I think so, I went back and did a different one each time. That part was so funny to me.lol! :D

I did ask him, of course by the time that Nancy finally said 1-555-Mystico, I had already gotten past the point where the pond and ice shack had been blown up.
The shack had been blown up when he told me, too. I went there anyway and the shack was there, so I went ice fishing.
Lol! Yeah, I remember doing that too.
It had already been blown up and then you go back and there it is again.(Didn't take 'em long to rebuild, did it? lol!)

I tried to go back, but Nancy just said that with the shack blown up there was no reason to go to the lake, and she said the same thing everytime that I tried to go.
That's weird.... On the CD or Wii? It works on the CD...
On the Wii.
Oh, I haven't done it on the Wii. Just the CD.
