I was just checking out Jim Salicrup's blog, and he posted a reply to people asking about Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys crossing over with each other.

Quote from: Jim Salicrup (Papercutz)
We?ve been getting requests for Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys to crossover from the moment we announced the graphic novels! And sooner or later, probably when you least expect it, it?ll happen! But before that we?ve got some really surprising guest stars in store for both Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys. But don?t hold your breath ? we work so far ahead, that the guest-stars I?m talking about won?t appear until 2010!

Unfortunately, we won't see or know who the guest stars in the graphic novels will be till 2010.

And from the sounds of it, we may not see Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys team up till 2011.

Sounds good, though. We've never really seen any "guest stars" in any Hardy Boys books, so this will be cool. I wonder who they'll be.

Probably the closest to any "guest stars" that we've seen in the history of the Hardy Boys series were the 44 books released between 1984 and 1998 in the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys Supermystery and Hardy Boys and Tom Swift Ultra Thriller as well as the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys Be A Detective series of books.  But in the case of the Supermystery'88 and Ultra Thriller series, it was the Hardy Boys who were the guest stars, even though on the Ultra Thrillers, the boys received top billing.

Yeah, and those were actual crossover series.
