Loan sharks putting on the squeeze to collect their money by kidnapping... sounds at least vaguely reminscent of other Hardy Boys books plots- and it just seems to be a good storyline for this show. From what I recall of it right now, I think this episode was pretty good. I have to get caught up on (re)watching this show sometime and then I can post fuller reviews...

Yeah, this is when Joe gets in the middle. It's an interesting episode.
