Which book is this?

Hello,

I can't find the name of a HB book I read as a child. Help please.

**Spoiler alert

I believe the two boys are with a group in the cellars of a castle where there are dangers/traps etc. It turns out that one of their group is actually the culprit behind it all/set it all up.

Any help on which book this is would be appreciated.

Sounds like you are referring to Dungeon of Doom, #99 in The Hardy Boys Mystery Stories, and there was no castle but a series of caves.  They were with a group that enjoyed RPG's and one of the group was a part of a gang that stole stuff from stores and fenced it through the caves.   The game was "Dungeons & Dragons".
