I was laying out my collection of casefiles when I realized the similarity between the cover art of #106 Shock Jock and #109 Moment of Truth. Has there ever been a lazier set of cover arts?

More likely it was just a limited number of press photos that were available to work with from a TV show that failed after a short (for 1995 standards) first season.

Looks like 106. 109, 118, 120 and 121 were from the same photo shoot, as Frank and Joe are in the same clothes against a white back drop.  They were probably early publicity shots from before or just as filming was started.  The others seem to be on set.
VHS, S-VHS, Super Betamax, Mini DV, MicroMV, Betacam SP, U-Matic SP - NTSC/PAL/SECAM.  All transferred to DVD!
