*The District Attorney realizes that the evidence in Tomswifts files was planted by JHR due to a variety of grammatical errors.  The DA orders Tomswift released and JoeHardyRocks arrested on tampering with evidence, arson, battery, lying to police, fraud, fraud with intent to collect, fraud to defraud the governments of the United States of America and Canada, and interfering in an investigation.  JHR receives a sentence of 89 years, by which point the Undercover Brothers have been off the market for 88 years.*

*The District Attorney realizes that the evidence in Tomswifts files was true.  The DA orders Tomswift a lifelong sentance and JoeHardyRocks given reward for telling them about scam. JHR receives awards and writes letters to S&S and they continue the UB series. All Casefiles are recalled.*

*JHR may dream big but in reality she is still in prison for 88 years, 364 days, 23 hours and 30 minutes since the District Attorney realized that JHR was still trying to tamper with evidence.  Meanwhile, Tomswift takes a nice vacation in Kenya where there is no extradition clause with US and Canada.*

*Tomswift fails to realize JHR is still a minor, and therefore cannot be sent to prison. Tomswift gets very bad sunburn in Kenya and cannot enjoy his vacation.*

*Little does JoeHardyRocks know that he has his hands on a hot oven! Not a very good idea. His hands are burned and he screams in pain. Tomswift falls on the floor laughing and gets hit by a giant bolder. The giant bolder squshes everything and the thing left in one peice: the penny!
