could work- I'd be cool with Josh Hutcherson as either Frank or Joe- I've seen a few movies he's been in and I think he'd do a good job.
Not familiar with Charlie Rowe, but I have seen Ross Lynch on Austin & Ally- he could probably pull it off as Joe.
