Logan Lerman. He was Percy in Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Theif, and he was also in 3:10 to Yuma, My One and Only, and Hoot.

Mark Hapka from Days of Our Lives is the only guy so far that I can believe as a possible Frank. Frank, being my fave, is hard for me to find. Joe seems to be easier.

Actually, I can kind of see Logan and Mark as Frank, but different stages of their lives (or series). Like UBs then Casefiles, etc.

Looks is half of it, but acting and personality completes it and makes the difference.

P.S. I still have this idea that in the UBs, Joe is 16 and Frank is 17. It's based on something I read or that was implied in the UBs at one time a while ago.
