Well, he'd be three year older at 18. Also, people in America get married at 18 (maybe not men, but women do), but you don't see to many 15 year olds doing that do you?

I'm guessing you're meaning maturity or something, right? Because you can just about get married at any age as long as there is some kind of consent, and I don't know what marriage has to do with this.
