So I guess half the time Positive Area is the one posting, and you're not. Although you never mentioned that you don't remember posting certain posts. However, people would have probably answered you by then and then it would be shoved way back into the thread.

Or maybe you were just hypnotized.

NZone

I can't be hypnotized, remember? You tried that
Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men.

Olivia

Well, there's some difference between hypnotism and voodoo. Now, where did I put the doll of you...

See, I couldn't even recall that. How sad. But don't they mix past and present somehow? Or it just seems that way.

Okay, this is present tense:

"I looked a saw a huge goon running toward me. I yelled.''

...and this is past tense:

"I look and see a huge goon running toward me. I yell"

Nzone are you sure you can't be hypnotized. What kind of security do you get underneath that rock?

He doesn't get security under his rock. Except for the protection of his tribe or whatever who live with him.
"Hey! Don't do that here. You'll mess up my bedspread."
Rolling his eyes, Joe sat on the window sill and started sawing.
"Thank you, Joe."
"You're welcome, Martha Stewart."

Hey you forgot that he scared them away with his chainsaw.

bozonessinc

They did not run fast enough, everyone living with him was blown to pieces!

I guess you missed the part where I said I don't "recall" and it "seems" a certain way.

Anyways, the first chapter of a UB is always/usually at the end of a mission and it's in past tense. But then my brain does this psychological thing where it thinks the rest of the book would suddenly go into the present.

Also, I only own the first 8 books which are still packaged up so I have nothing to refer to. Yeah, I read almost every UB book so far but it all blends together. But you cleared up that it doesn't have any present tense, so.

UBs are in past tense. The easy way to check is finding weather it says "Said" or "Says". The only books I know of that are in Present tense are Rick Barba's Spy Gear books.

That's what I was saying. No one seemed to get my point though.

No one ever seems to except my points either!

Well, that's for a good reason. ::)
