Look, the trilogy, is basicly one book separated into a few. Now, It does not suck though!

Edward Statemeyer was never the head of S&S. He was the head of the Stratemeyer Syndicate.

You might want to "brush" up on your history. 

Edward Stratemeyer could essentially be called the father of the Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, Tom Swift, the Bobbsey Twins, the Rover Boys and Bomba The Jungle Boy, since he created all of them.
