"Hey! Don't do that here. You'll mess up my bedspread."
Rolling his eyes, Joe sat on the window sill and started sawing.
"Thank you, Joe."
"You're welcome, Martha Stewart."

Back on topic:
The new Trilogy format means that:
A) They are ending the series soon.
B) $@$ have no idea how to do series anymore.
C) They are trying to drive everyone crazy.

D)$&$ has just plain run out of usable plots and has to put out a trilogy where each book is an exact duplicate of the one before.

The story line changes in the original, which is probably why you like it more than the UBS because in the ubs the storyline always stays the same.

The story line changes in the original, which is probably why you like it more than the UBS because in the ubs the storyline always stays the same.

Let's see:

The Tower Treasure- The Hardys investigate the theft of bonds and securities from a nearby home.

The House On The Cliff-The Hardys bring down a big smuggling gang that has been importing drugs into the United States through Bayport, and yet have managed to elude US customs.

The Secret of The Old Mill-When a bunch of counterfeit bills show up in Bayport, and one gets acquired by Laura Hardy, the Hardy Boys team up to bring down this gang of counterfeiters.

The first three original books had a variety of crimes, with the main ones being: burglary, smuggling and counterfeiting.

The UB's tend to just have murder, murder and more murder.  Do young people find that books written on counterfeit credit cards or DVD's/CD's just too boring nowadays?

They are kind of like comic books now actually. For example the issues of Robin collected in Days of Fire and Maddness. For all of the issues Robin is with the Veterin and his team simaler to the Murder house Trilogy. They have a few different arcs like the Deamons and the Meta human outbeak or in the HB world DH, HA, and MH. and trough it all they have a contuning plot Robins desion about if he will join the gov't or in HB land the Game Show and Brynn. And yes I am a little bit of a Comic Geek. :D
