#11 Bug-Napped
THE SCENE: The Hardy's front steps, the morning after Bayport's Earth Day celebration.
THE FACTS: Frank's and Joe's new friend, Aki Kubo, lets them take care of his supercool pet stag beetle, Izumi, for the weekend. Izumi is not only fun to watch but is supposed to bring you luck!
THE CRIME: Joe has a hard time falling asleep that night when Izumi starts hissing and chirping. So Joe leaves Izumi on the front stoop for the night. But when Joe goes to get Izumi the next morning, he finds the stag beetle -- and his cage -- have gone missing!
THE SUSPECTS: Carl the Critter Curator, who was looking for a special bug to launch to his insectarium. Phil Cohen, who wanted to bring something lucky to the Junior Inventors Challenge. Leif Bloomquist, whose Venus flytrap was looking a little droopy and who wanted to get a big bug to cheer up his plant.
THE MISSION: It's up to the Hardy Boys -- and you -- to solve the mystery of the missing beetle!
