When Mr. Hardy asks Joe and Frank to go undercover at NASA to make sure nobody tampers with a satellite launching, the last thing the brothers expect to get involved with is dolphins! Apparently, a gang of thieves are stealing aquatic animals from all over South Florida, and their latest catch includes pet dolphins and a deadly electric eel.

There's a strange link between the cases, and it will take some top-flight detective work to figure it out -- or a master criminal will get away with an ingenious sabotage scheme that will eave a multi-million dollar satellite lost in space!
